You can pay by bank transfer within 24 hours of receiving the booking confirmation or after the work has been completed. You can also pay by cash on the day directly to the technician. A company receipt will be provided.

Yes—we offer a 7-day guarantee. If you're unhappy with your clean, we'll send our team back. However, we cannot guarantee the removal of every mark, scuff, or dent.

We understand that emergencies happen, and customers may need to change or cancel appointments. However, we require 3 days' written notice to cancel or reschedule a booking. If a customer does not notify us in writing at info@starlitecleaningservice.co.uk, the full quoted amount will be due.
